Sadguru Caterers ("we", "us") supplies lunch and dinner boxes. You can order from us on WhatsApp or on our website. This policy explains what personal information we collect through that service, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number and the messages you send us while ordering.
• If you use our website: your mobile number, a one-time code we send you on WhatsApp to log in, an optional password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form), and a login cookie that keeps you signed in on your device.
• Your name, your Veg / Non-Veg preference, and your delivery address (including pincode).
• Location (only if you tap "Use my current location"): your phone's position is used only to suggest your address and, with the pin you set, is stored with that saved address so our delivery person can find your building. We never ask for it on our own and never track you.
• Your orders: items, quantity, delivery date and time slot, amount, and whether it has been paid.
• If you ask for delivery outside our area, the pincode you gave, so we know where to expand.

We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details. Online payments are handled by Razorpay, and we receive only the payment status and a payment reference.

Why we use it

• To take, confirm, prepare and deliver your orders, and to message you about them.
• To apply our offers (for example the discount on every 6th box in a month).
• To collect payment and keep business and accounting records.
• If you agreed, to send you our daily or weekly menu. You can stop these at any time by sending STOP.

We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising by others.

Who can see it

• Our team, to prepare and deliver your order.
• Service providers we rely on: WhatsApp / Meta (messaging), Razorpay (payments), and our cloud hosting provider.
• Authorities, only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your profile while you are an active customer. Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your profile at any time (see below).

Your choices

• Stop menu messages: send STOP to our WhatsApp number.
• Correct your address: send "Address" on WhatsApp, or tell us.
• Website account: log in at /order to change your name, address, preference or password.
• Delete your data: send "Delete my data" on WhatsApp, or see data deletion.

Security and children

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. Our service is not meant for children under 18.
