Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you order meal boxes from Sadguru Caterers ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. What we offer
We supply freshly prepared Veg and Non-Veg lunch and dinner boxes for delivery in our service area. Orders are placed on WhatsApp or on our website after logging in with your mobile number.
2. Placing an order
- Orders are accepted for today and tomorrow only. Lunch orders close at 9 AM and dinner orders at 4 PM.
- An order is confirmed only when we send you an "Order accepted" message on WhatsApp. We may decline an order, for example if we are closed or cannot reach your address.
- Please give a complete and correct delivery address with pincode and a phone number that is reachable at delivery time.
3. Prices and offers
- Prices are in Indian Rupees per box (currently Veg ₹199, Non-Veg ₹249) and may change. The price shown in your order confirmation is the price you pay.
- Offer: every 6th confirmed box in a calendar month is 50% off. Veg and Non-Veg boxes count together, the offer resets every month, and cancelled or rejected orders do not count.
4. Payment
You can pay online through a secure Razorpay payment link we send you on WhatsApp (UPI, cards or netbanking). We do not see or store your card or UPI PIN details.

7. Food safety and allergies
Our meals are prepared in an FSSAI licensed kitchen (Lic. No. 21526013001921). Our meals may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering. Boxes are best eaten soon after delivery.
8. Closures
We may be closed on some days (for example Sundays, festivals or emergencies). We tell you on WhatsApp, and orders already placed for a closed meal are cancelled and refunded if paid.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
